| Text | Also known as a Hand-and-a-Half Sword, is typically a slightly lighter variant of the long sword with a shorter hilt that the second hand can still grab. A Bastard Sword can also refer to an ordinary longsword if it is used in a fighting style that utilizes both single and double handed techniques, as opposed to only double-handed.
Versatile: This weapon can be used with one or two hands. A damage value in parentheses appears with the property—the damage when the weapon is used with two hands to make a melee Attack.
