Text	A miniature treehouse on a tiny tree. You can use an action to speak a command word and a full-size wooden treehouse appears 20 ft. up the nearest tree. It is the size of a four-person tent and has a rope ladder. The command word can then be uttered to return the treehouse to its normal size if it's empty.
