The ancient mandriano makes two swipe attacks.
Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d6 + 5) slashing damage. If the target is Medium or smaller, it is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained. It can grapple up to three creatures.
As the mandriano, except the target must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a succes.
The ancient mandriano animates one humanoid corpse within 60 feet. This works like the animate dead spell, except it only creates zombies and the zombies. The mandriano can control up to twenty zombies at one time.
