If the hag queen is wearing her crown, she can see invisible creatures and the true form of any shapechanger.
The hag queen's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit). The hag queen can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components. • At will: dancing lights, detect evil and good, hellish rebuke, minor illusion, vicious mockery (11th level) • 3/Day: charm person, darkness, dispel magic, ray of enfeeblement, sleep, witch bolt • 1/Day: blight, fear, gaseous form, stinking cloud, suggestion
If the hag queen fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
The hag queen makes two attacks.
Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 4 (1d8) poison damage.
The hag queen magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female humanoid, or back into her true form. Her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. The hag queen reverts to her true form if she dies.
The hag queen targets one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. If the target can see the hag, the target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be magically frightened until the end of the hag's next turn. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If the save is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the hag queen's gaze for the next 24 hours.
