The screech leech can breathe air and water.
The screech leech has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in swampy terrain.
Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, and the screech leech attaches to the target. While attached, the screech leech doesn't attack. Instead, at the start of each of the screech leech's turns, the target loses 5 (1d6 + 2) hit points due to blood loss. The screech leech can detach itself by spending 5 feet of its movement. It does so after it drains 15 hit points of blood from the target or the target dies. A creature, including the target, can use its action to detach the screech leech.
The leech screeches loudly. Each creature within 30 feet of the screech leech that can hear the screech must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of the leech's next turn.
