The toadstool fool's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14). The fool can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components. • At will: dancing lights, vicious mockery • 1/Day: darkness, faerie fire, fog cloud, suggestion
While in sunlight, the fool has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d8) bludgeoning damage plus 2 (1d4) psychic damage.
The toadstool fool can create a 10-foot sphere of magical darkness within 30 feet of it. Any creature in the darkness must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or become paralyzed. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. The sphere doesn't affect the toadstool fool.
